[imp] IMP 3.0 - Language selection isn't working for me.

configure the prefs-system-location/access in horde/config/horde.php.

I configured it via driver mysql (store the prefs in mysql) and the
settings to access my local mysql-database. In addition you have to
run the mysql-db-scripts to create the necessary tables/database in
horde/scripts/db/mysql_create.sql

After this, all the settings are stored in the mysql-database and 
everything works fine for me.
