IMP 4.0 and zh_TW (Chinese Traditional) language

Hi :
  Recently i updated Horde 3.0 & imp 4.0 CVS and got
some problems after IMP login.The error messages are :

in
/usr/local/apache/horde.beta/templates/common-header.inc
on line 3

But if i change my default language from zh_TW to
en_US the the problems above were disappear,so i guess
there must have some problem in po/zh_TW.po ,but i
don't know how to find it.Can anyone give a suggestion
? Thanks a lot.
   Mean while,the IMP's mail filter was not work ,if
the rule's text is zh_TW format.
