[imp] Server "namespace" not hiding INBOX. when creating folders

There is your problem...you should not set folders and namespace to the
same thing - it's (99% of the time) one or the other.

You want to set namespace to 'INBOX.' and leave folders empty.

You use folders if, for instance, all the user's mailboxes are in the
imap folder in their home directory - you would set folders = 'imap/';
