[imp] CVS view.php bug

I'm using latest CVS version (updated this morning),
when I try to view html attachement in a mail, I get no image on it:

IMP try to load:
http://myserver.com/horde/imp/view.php?actionID=113&index=78&mailbox=INBOX&id=2

It catch this error but no image:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object 
in /usr/share/horde/imp/view.php on line 57

which refers to a call in view.php:
case VIEW_ATTACH:
 $mime_type = $mime->part->getType();

Any ideas?
