[imp] RedHat 7.3 w/PHP-4.1.2-7=imap/ssl issue

Someone posted an email regarding 'imap/notls' fixing an issue with the new 
version of PHP trying to use imap/ssl.  I have edited the servers.php and 
login.inc file so they use imap/notls but I can't find mention of where I need 
to make changes in the IMP.php file.  The symptoms I get are not being able to 
login "Login failed for some reason. Most likely your username or password was 
entered incorrectly", here is a snapshot of my log files.
