[imp] IMP Mail - mailing lists

I am trying to figure out a way to import a list of people direcly into my
mailing list, I tried looking at simply inputing the names direclty in the
subscribers folder but it had three files ( H, a, q )and in those files it
had a @ sign with an underscore underneith it for each current subscriber,
so I couldn't recreate that.

is there any way I can import a large list into the Mailing list?
