 Subject: Failure adding attachments
      To: consulting@horde.org

Hi,

I ran into problems when using a client-setup of imp:

 I am using "horde - imp V2.2.6 - wu-imap" to access email in a
True64-unix-server-environment.
After correcting the problems you described in "admins FAQ 5.3.18":
-IMP fails to add new attachments in the Compose window-
all worked fine when using the horde-imp-imap-server "S".
As i want to use the imp-email-access in an "DMZ" in front of a "firewall"
(where no email boxes can be stored) I had to configure a horde-imp-imap-
client
"C" using the server "S".
Using "C", in principle I got access to the emails.
When adding an attachments to an email the failure described above appeared
again also after setting "upload_tmp_dir = /tmp".
This happened even if I used the same "/tmp" (network mounted) on "S"
and "C".

Glad to here from you giving me any idea how to solve the problem I remain
with
 thanks in advance

 Martin Koerfer
