I'm seeing the same thing using the latest CVS code. No idea what's causing it.
I would also be ecstatic if someone could enlighten me on this.

My setup:
- CVS Horde/IMP
- Windows 2000 Advanced Server
- Apache 1.3.26
- PHP 4.2.2
- auth via mysql
- prefs via mysql
