[imp] IMP login failed with:

Installing horde/imp on redhat 7.3 following Oliver Schulze his procedure.
Horde 2.1
IMP 3.1

- Testing Horde OK! (mail.boussen.net/horde/test.php)
- run IMP tests on that page gives:
PHP Version 4.1.2
PHP IMAP Support Test gives:
server="mail.boussen.net" user="roger" mailbox="{mail.boussen.net:143}INBOX"
 INBOX has 0 messages (0 new 0 recent) 


-Testing IMP: mail.boussen.net/horde/imp/login.php
gives: Your mail session has expire. Please login again.
The http location change to:
http://mail.boussen.net/horde/imp/login.php?=dd174cfb7a96c8124e961c2551=
2a7e7b&1=1&reason=session


What's the problem ???????
