[imp] Still the language problem...

	Well, I decided testing IMP/HORDE on my computer again. This time, instead of 
using Mozilla 1.0 I used Konqueror 3.0.1. To my surprise... the webmail 
appears in english (remember, I locked it on Brazilian Portuguese).

	Then I reopened the webmail on my mozilla and.... BRAZILIAN PORTUGUESE! So... 
one of two things are happening:

1- Something really weird is going on here!
2- My Mozilla is magical and it translates the sites for me (very unlikely, 
huh?)

	I even got somebody else's config files (whose IMP is working in Brazilian 
Portuguese 100%) and put on my IMP... and it didn't work. Is this darn RedHat 
7.3 the source of my headaches?
