[imp] edit menu icon text

So I have to create a custom locale just to change the text under the trash icon to say Deleted Items instead of Empty Trash?  I am surprised as horde is so modular?

It will if you change it per the admin FAQ at http://www.horde.org/faq/admin/

Simply change the translation for your locale (en_US if english).
