[imp] Problems with imap/ssl

Apologies for the noise, this problem is now resolved.

The problem: whilst I had remembered to rebuild php with --with-openssl
and --with-imap-ssl I had unfortunately forgotten that I needed to
rebuild the imap c-client against openssl
