[imp] imp does not show imap-sub-folders

using imp 3.1 with php-4.3 and cyrus imapd:

After logging in imp does only show me the INBOX-Folder in the
upper-right mailbox-dropdown. No way to let it show me the other
boxes. 
Same in search-dialog.

When I enter the subbox manually in the URL I get the subbbox displayed.

What did I miss ?
