[imp] Limiting IMP installation to one address to send/receive mail

Your SMTP server can be configured to only allow email from specific ip 
addresses.  Doing it this way you will not need to change any of the imp php 
because you will tell imp which smtp server to send the mail and that server can 
be set to allow mail only from the one ip address.

I don't know the specifics of your SMTP server (Qmail) so I can not tell you 
where or how to do this.
