[imp] How can I make IMP text-only

We are evaluating IMP as a replacement for our current webmail service.
This is my first exposure to Horde, IMP, Turba, and PHP (I used to
support IBM mainframes).

What must be done to make IMP and Turba text-only, i.e., to eliminate
the use of image files for buttons on the IMP and Turba pages?
