[imp] How can I make IMP text-only

In the CVS HEAD version (next release) it has a preference (option) that
can be set system-wide or per user which allows you to make the menus
text only, icons only, or both icons and text.

But that won't remove all the graphics, just the menu graphics.  To
remove all of them would probably be much more effort.
