[imp] IMP 3.1 Help Section en_US spelling

The following changes need to be made to:
 /horde/imp/locale/en_US/help.xml

Filters: Apply
Change - alternatevly to alternatively

Filter Creation: Field
Change - recepients' to recipients'
(this is in here 2x)

Filters: Manage
Change - significatnt to significant

I don't know if these have been fixed yet, I just wanted to make 
sure, since we had a user complain about it... (not your problem, 
mine).
