[imp] Re: IMP 3.1 login issues

horde log doesn't record anything (permissions are 0644 for www.www
[apache's uid/gid]).
error_log doesn't show anything strange.
access_log shows login.php->redirect.php->mailbox.php->back to login.php

I'm clueless.
