[imp] Unsolveable problem with "Folders"

Even unsolveable problems can be solved, apparently. Software as in my
original posting, but updated with today's CVS horde and imp.

Solution was Options -> Your Information -> Server Alternatives -> Use
IMAP folder subscriptions has to be checked..

For me, the only alternative, because of my config.

If it isn't httpd and imapd hang irrevocably, as described, which was
horrible.

The only way I could solve it, was to compare configuration for the
single user for whom all worked and those for whom all did not work.

I'd literally tried everything else and in the mean time solved a
seemingly unsolveable "my test Openldap installation suddenly doesn't
work any more" problem.
