I've been trying for some time to first do a howto and then to look at
integrating some of the changes to Horde/Imp to facilitate look and feel
changes.  I just have not had the time to spend on it.  What I have is at
http://truckinthetruckee.com.  Strange name but this is a temporary site 
and will change hopefully before spring but it may get you started.  It 
includes an poor explanation, patches and screenshots.  You might want to
start with the screenshots (three albums in gallery)
