[imp] msie 6.0 / winxp slowness

There have been some problems here.  You don't give enough info to
nail the cause down, as there are various problems with IE 6.0.

IF you have apache/mod_ssl behind a firewall that does syn attack checking,
and the images/icons load painfully slow, then disable the syn checking.
IE violates RFC's (who would have guessed), and will trigger your syn
attack rules when fetching images.

If you have .net installed on the affected machines, a good chance that
removing the .net framework will fix it.

I see some wierd stuff with individual e-mail accounts and IE 6.0 that
I can't explain.  All Horde works except getting into the inbox hangs/stalls
*sometimes*.  Solution so far is to use something other than IE 6.0.

Probably more problems/solutions also.  Would need a better problem
description to help more.
