If you switch from the UW-IMAP software to Courier-IMAP then I think you
can get QUOTA information over the IMAP connection. Courier-IMAP has quota
support. That way the IMP web server, and IMAP server do not need to be
on the same machine. I don't have this set this up, but I'm pretty sure
you can do it.
