[imp] Problems with IMP and login into it.

ok, i undestood all this stuff, but in the future i think you should make changes about
if extension is not present to use for example sockets to access pop3 servers,
or to reuse sqeirrelMail imap/pop3 layer written in php :/

i'v wasted a lot of time to see what horde/imp not working without imap extension. (it's only
because you show me only blank page instead of error or notice what my php configuration
is bad at all).
