[imp] fatal error upon login

Usually means you are running an old version of php (see
http://www.horde.org/faq/admin/trouble/index.php#t50).  But in this
case you should be running a new enough version of php.  So either
RedHat messed up the RPM, or you didn't install some additional php-*
rpm that is needed, or your system has a problem (multiple php versions,
files missing, etc).

In other words, I really have no idea :(
