[imp] pgp public key not found

Hi all:
I use horde cvs and up2date.
In imp,user A successfully send a pgp encrypt mail to user B,there are no any
warning/error message left in Compose windows,except apache/logs/error_log

gpg: DBG: insert_trust_record_by_pk: keyblock not found: public key not found
gpg: key B32AEE25: insert trust record failed: public key not found
gpg: key B32AEE25.59: inserted into trustdb

user B then open this pgp encrypt-mail in IMP,after type phraseword in popup
window.IMP says :Could not descrypt data! Also in apache/logs/error_log have
such message

P.S user B's pgp public key was already exist in user A's contact list.
