I just thought that it would be nice to have a config option in the
conf.php file to create default folders on a first time login of a user.
For this purpose I would have to modify login.php file to check if a
user already has any preferences. If this is true than I could take the
create-folders function from folders.php to create my default folders. 
Am I forgetting anything? Would this feature be interesting for other
users as well?
