[imp] Horde installation and configuration

Hi there

I have been trying to install a webmail using Horde/IMP and so far I have
installed this:

Courier-IMAP
PHP
MySql
Configured Apache

I unzipped the Horde tarball in /var/www/html/mail/horde/

Now, the Horde installation instructions say "execute the mysql_create.sql
script" and I have no idea how to go about that.  It also says change the
password, and I have no clue which password it refers to.  Isn't there a
step by step tutorial on installing Horde and IMP?  I had a look on
http://www.geocities.com/oliversl/imp/ but found it vague as I am not a geek
yet.  Can someone please send me a pointer on creating a database for Horde?
