[imp] Norwegian language problem

Seems like this is the "problem" on Slackware too, I did, "ln -s nb_NO
no_NO" in the locale directory for HORDE and IMP(like you said). Everything
is now okay. thank you!

This is a problem on at least Redhat. Redhat uses no_NO for bokmaal, while
Imp (and many others) use nb_NO. If you look at
/usr/share/locale/locale.alias you will find that nb_NO is a alias for
no_NO-ISO-8859-1. 

To solve it, you can make nb_NO a alias to no_NO or symlink/rename the
directories in your horde installation. Ie locale/nb_NO/ -> locale/no_NO/.
