Not to mention that some of these RBLs like to engage in vigilante "spite
listings" for "maximum collateral damage" vis-a-vis often listing entire
ISPs (almost always smaller ones and ones located outside of the United
States) even if the scope of abuse is easily confined to one or two /24's.
