[imp] too many redirects

Several users of my horde (cvs HEAD) system report getting the error message
"Too many redirects" when logging in to IMP. I have reproduced the error
somewhat randomly using galeon for linux, safari and internet explorer for OS
X, and netscape for windows. It appears to occur when there are messages in the
inbox. All other horde applications work fine (and the sidebar comes up fine).
Any idea what's causing this?
