[imp] IMP 4.0 Alpha and message selection

While we are on suggestions, I have many users that have 300+ blacklist items... (pre- SpamAssassin) 
which really slows things down when going to the inbox (Ignore this is this has already been 
done/changed.)  We could really use the ability to remove many "filters" at once.

On the removing everthing in a folder, would deleting the folder and recreating it work?
