Well, IMP 4 does have keyboard navigation, at least with Mozilla
(doesn't seem to work too well with IE 6, but I use Mozilla 90+% of the
time). However, if you want an OE-like interface, you're probably
better off with another client.
http://www.insidesystems.net/projects/project.php?projectid=4 fits the
bill, IMO. It has the "preview" frame, it has the folder frame, etc.
It doesn't seem to be anywhere near as flexible or full-featured as IMP,
but it's another alternative.
