[imp] imp address limitation

I am running IMP: 3.2.2 unfortunately my users can
only put 40 addreses in the 'To' field 
when sending email on webmail. Is they any way I can
increase this numbers, in other to be able to put more
any 40 adderesses in the "To" field when composing
email.
