[imp] IMP_4_0_ALPHA autoexpand and Expand Names question

Because auto-expand doesn't reload the page; "Expand Names" does, 
making it much
easier to, oh, generate form fields (drop downs).

Of course it'd be nice of auto-expand just handled it all and generated drop
downs on the fly. And I think we can probably get rid of Expand Names, 
as such.

I'd also like to add an iframe driver to httpclient.js, and make Expand Names
use httpclient.
