[imp] Link Breaks in IMP

I won't go into gory details about this, but the short answer is that IMP 3.x
does not support the "flowed" extension to text/plain messages.  Without this
extension, it is near impossible to properly format text messages for reply.

IMP 4.0 has full support for the "flowed" extension.
