[imp] HELP - How to debug this problem?

Logging is on full and set to display errors.

In both Safari and Camino the email never appears and the page never
changes. In IE it reports "Cannot find server or DNS error". Even opening
the message manually at the following url fails with the same response:

    https://www.domain.tld/mail/imp/message.php?index=710

When I tested it with IE after rebuilding the database, like Safari it
allowed ONE message to be displayed ONCE. I also checked to see if it was a
"per user" issue, but you only get one email one time per workstation.

The PHP log is empty which is odd cause I set it to ALL. The horde.log is
full of normal debug messages (queries and things).

NAG produced the following error:

    Fatal error: Class notification_listener_status_nag: Cannot inherit from
    undefined class notification_listener_status in
    /var/www/localhost/htdocs-ssl/mail/nag/lib/base.php on line 35

Composing a message with Safari produced the following popup message:

    Safari can't open the page
"https://www.domain.tld/mail/imp/compose.php?thismailbox=INBOX.Junk+Email&un
iq=1105741428029". The error was: "bad server response"
(NSURLErrorDomain:-1011)

That is the most vocal message I have received so far. Camino and IE both
displayed an empty popup in the same test.

I tried the same tests on both http and https. Same results.

Does this sound like an apache problem?
