Erps, sorry, I thought you had typed out three client sent commands, but now
I realise that was a command and a response.

No, this is what happens:

0 LIST "" %
* LIST () "/" "Trash"
* LIST () "/" "Sent"
* LIST () "/" "Junk E-mail"
* LIST () "/" "Drafts"
* LIST () "/" "Sent Items"
* LIST (\NoInferiors) NIL INBOX
0 OK LIST completed.

You probably noticed that though in my last reply - down at the bottom is
where I show the whole transaction :)
