[imp] Sidebar failing on IMP entry, other IMP problems

I've attempted to do some debugging on an error I'm having with the 
sidebar.php but have gotten to the point I don't know what to do next.

The reason I mentioned it here is that the sidebar file is halting when 
it tries to add the "Imp Folders" sub-item of the Imp menu item.

I'm also having problems with the Imp options page not giving any output 
either, though I haven't spent any time yet to work out what the problem is.

If someone who knows the code a bit more could take a quick look I'd 
really appreciate it.
