[imp] Encryption within Horde 3/IMP fails

The public key attached to your email does not have an email address 
associated with it.  It is a valid SMIME public key, but not for e-mail 
purposes (or at least for IMP/Horde which determines which public key 
to use by the e-mail address, not any kind of manual selection 
mechanism).
