DIMP is not even released yet. If it is this important to you, you  
need to hire someone. See http://horde.org/consulting/ for some options.

Furthermore, given that it's completely unreleased, any discussion  
should be on the development list (dev at lists.horde.org), not on the  
general IMP list.
