[imp] IMAP recommendations anyone?

Maybe this is a problem with the number of connections.

Check your courier-imapd configuration and check for MAXDAEMONS and MAXPERIP.

MAXPERIP set the maximum number of connections to accept from the 
same IP address and default is 4
