[imp] strange folder hierarchy issue with Horde/Imp

The best I can suggest is to upgrade to the latest snapshot of IMP and  
Horde (http://snaps.horde.org/) or, better yet, run the HEAD version.   
There has been tons of cleanups/fixes to namespace code in HEAD and  
nobody has reported any issues there for awhile.
