[imp] Tab order in message composition and keyboard shortcuts.

The word "text" is beside the body of the message with the letter "x" 
underlined but it doesn't work for me in either ie or firefox so that 
won't get me to the body of the message either.  It doesn't seem to do 
anything.  All the underlined access keys seem to work except the one I 
need :-)  I guess I have to use my mouse to get to the body or figure 
out what is wrong with my setup.
