[imp] DIMP and folder INBOX

Hi,

just upgrading horde to 3.2.2 (from 3.1.x) and IMP to 4.2 and integrate
the DIMP 1.0.

Everything works fine, but after clicking to a subfolder, I can not go
back to the inbox by clicking the link "Inbox" in the left folderlist.
The right-button opens the contextmenu with "Create subfolder" and "Rename".

Any ideas whats wrong?
