[imp] post box in outlook and mail forwarding function

I have been trying to connect the the email account to my out look post box 
but in vain. how can I do this?

I tried searching for a mail forwarding function but there is none.

how do I receive the emails directly into my outlook postbox. is there any 
other way other than logging in into the website to check emmails all the time?
