[imp] ASCII Code

I just migrate the version of horde, imp and turba that was installed  
to the newest. is
that the version previously used my users to write messages on the  
line from for use of
the @, the combination ASCII alt +64 = @. currently not possible to  
tell as might enable
the use of ASCII code again ?????
