Something like:
pear install horde/Horde_Core

Copying the generated configs is what I told you to do, so good that that
works.

www-data is the debian apache user.  I don't know what RHEL uses - modify
as you see fit.

For the same reason I don't know where to put your lzf.  But that shouldn't
be an issue now.

Yes, /usr/share/horde is my path - you need to use your path in its place.
My previous install was in /usr/share/horde4 (which is when I wrote the
document).  I tried to make them all horde,  sorry if I missed some.

You can use a switch to install alpha or beta packages.  Check the
documentation/google as I'm on my phone right now.

Sounds like you're getting there. The update db schema is on the main
config page. I'll send you a screen shot off list..
