[imp] Double spaces in incoming html emails

Looks fine to me.  I'm guessing those are paragraph blocks, so spacing  
between paragraph blocks is dependent on the rendering rules for the  
particular viewer.  Message viewing != HTML composition viewing - they  
are controlled by two entirely separate systems.
