[imp] imp usability questions

The CTRL-A feature is not what I'm looking for.  I'm looking to only  
delete a page of messages, as you could previously do in the basic  
mode, when using the select all button.  I'll just make sure I convey  
selecting the first message, then using shift, and select the last  
message.  That works fine.
