[ingo] Existing .procmailrc and forwarding code

For forwarding to one address, yes.  But, ingo allows you to forward to 
multiple email addresses, and then choose whether or not to keep a 
local copy.  So, to make the code simpler, we compromised on a couple 
of extra lines in the procmail file.
